Never wanting to deny a friend, Elliot Tanner winds up helping his best friend Amit go through the dumbest plan yet to win the affections of a potential partner: Polyjuice potion. Amit’s intentions are good as he hopes to finally get to know the true and hidden Madeline Snapfire as posing as her inner circle along with Elliot. But when a bizarre protection spell that separates girls from boys in Hogwarts triggers to defend the girl’s dormitory, Elliot finds himself on the girl’s side while Amit is flushed away. Left with no time for questions, trapped in the girl’s dormitory, and appearing as Madeline’s best friend, Elliot has to talk himself out of the situation before the potion wears off.
